1. Minimum performance goals

The platform requires each streamer to reach a minimum weekly score to remain active.

Consequence of non-compliance: Permanent account ban.

There is no automatic reactivation. Meeting the goal is the sole responsibility of the streamer.

2. Protection of personal data and external contact

To ensure your security and avoid fraud, it is strictly forbidden to:

• Share WhatsApp number or any other personal contact information.
• Provide information that allows users to locate you outside the platform (email, phone, address, social networks, etc.).
• Mention or promote other livestream platforms (such as TikTok) or social networks (such as Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.).

Penalty: Permanent ban, with no possibility of a new account.

3. Conduct in open areas (Lives and Matches)

In live broadcasts and match interactions, the environment is considered public and open. Therefore, it is not allowed to:

• Show the body explicitly or sensualize excessively.
• Use deep necklines or clothing that suggests adult content.
• Perform live streams or video calls in the dark.
• Purposely cover the camera.

Penalty: Temporary ban (which can last for minutes, hours, or days). In case of recurrence or accumulation of violations, the ban becomes permanent.

4. Violation point system

The application uses an internal scoring system for infractions.

• Each streamer starts with 12 violation points.
• Each infraction reduces 2 to 4 points, depending on the severity.
• Upon reaching 0 points, a permanent ban occurs.

There is no automatic reset of points. Repeated minor infractions accumulate and lead to permanent exclusion.

5. Commercial and financial prohibitions

The platform is not a sales channel or direct fundraising source. Therefore, it is forbidden to:

• Sell products or services during lives or calls.
• Run fundraising campaigns.
• Ask for donations, bank transfers, or any type of financial transfer outside the app's official mechanisms.

Penalty: Temporary or permanent ban, depending on severity and recurrence.

6. Presence of third parties and minors

The live stream and video call environment must be controlled exclusively by the streamer. It is not allowed to:

• Have men or any other unauthorized adult appear during the broadcast.
• Expose children or adolescents in any context within the app.

Penalty: Permanent ban in case of minor exposure. For the presence of unauthorized adults, there may be a temporary ban followed by an evaluation of the case.

7. Conflicts and coexistence

The platform values a respectful and collaborative environment. Therefore, it is forbidden to:

• Fight, offend, or disrespect users.
• Publicly argue with other streamers.
• Encourage or participate in any kind of conflict inside or outside the live streams.

Penalty: Permanent ban.

8. Best practices to avoid problems

• Keep your broadcast environment well-lit.
• Never share personal or contact information.
• Meet the weekly goal of 15,000 points.
• Avoid any conduct that could be interpreted as excessive sensualization.
• Use the application only for its intended purposes: healthy entertainment and connecting with the audience.
